PERFORMING ARTS: “Oxygen” by Ivan Vyrypaev
Oxygen by Ivan Vyrypaev, a manifesto play from the 2000s, is presented as an antidote to the “psychopolitical suffocation” of Generation Z, directed by talented new-generation director Giorgos Koutli. A youthful cast of 25, representing this generation, breathes life into a spiritual rave experience that reinterprets the play for today—a reflection on an entire generation. From November 21 to January 12, the Central Stage of the Onassis Stegi transforms into an “arena” with DJs Reign of Time at the decks and live video art.
